Frequently Asked Questions

How do I choose the right one?

Every product page lists the key specs — puff count, e-liquid capacity and nicotine strength. Compare those against how often you use one, then check the flavor list before ordering. Still unsure? Contact us and we'll help you choose.

How long does one last?

That depends on the puff count shown on the product page and how often you use it. The figure listed is a manufacturer estimate under standard use — heavier use will shorten it.

Are your products authentic?

Yes. We source directly through authorised channels, and every item ships sealed in its original manufacturer packaging. If anything arrives that looks wrong, contact us and we'll sort it out.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free standard shipping on US orders of $45 or more (excluding taxes); orders under $45 ship for a flat $5. Orders ship within 1 business day and typically arrive in 3–7 business days.

Can I get it faster?

We don’t offer expedited shipping — every order already ships within 1 business day, which is our fastest option. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to the United States, with more regions coming soon.

What's your return policy?

Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of receipt, with no restocking fee. Received a quality issue? Contact us on WhatsApp anytime for a return and refund.

How do I track my order?

You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. You can also use Track Order in the footer.

How do I contact you?

Message us on WhatsApp at (+1)6265454718. Our team is available Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM (excluding holidays).
